Spotlight on new immigration policy and how it affects tech with Fragomen partner, Karine Wenger

The White House introduced a sweeping immigration bill that would, among other things provide an 8 year path to citizenship for immigrants. But what does that mean for programs like the H-1B visas and how will it affect industries like tech who rely on skilled labor from all over the world.

Kevin Carroll sits down with Karine Wenger of Fragomen, leading immigration law firm to talk about how the Biden Administration’s new immigration policies will affect the San Diego tech industry and the best ways to utilize an immigration lawyer’s special set of skills.

**Please note that immigration law is fluid and things may have changed since this episode.
